These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EnggiBasis (the "Service"), a software application operated by Sachin Patel, a sole proprietor based in India ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EnggiBasis is a web-based suite of chemical and process engineering calculators and design tools intended to assist qualified engineers with routine calculations. Some features are available free of charge; others ("Pro" features) require a paid subscription.
Engineering disclaimer. EnggiBasis is a calculation aid, not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. All results are estimates based on published correlations and standard methods, and may contain errors or be inapplicable to your specific case. You are solely responsible for independently verifying every result before relying on it for design, procurement, construction, operation, or safety decisions. The Service must not be used as the sole basis for any decision affecting safety, the environment, or property.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service; (b) share your account to circumvent subscription limits; (c) use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; or (d) attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
The Service, including its software, calculation engines, and content, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal professional purposes during your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on calculation results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
